About Our Company

Spying Eye Surveillance, Inc. is a mid-sized, independently owned company specializing in personalized video/audio surveillance services to business owners and security personnel.  Our company has installed and is presently maintaining over 2000 completed surveillance systems.  We have been in business since 1985.  Spying Eye maintains an office in the San Gabriel Valley servicing all of Southern California.

Service And Repair

Spying Eye has an excellent Service Department with full-time technicians who service in the field, backed up by a full-time Repair Bench Technician in the office.  The service technicians come fully prepared to do preventative maintenance as required by the manufacturers, in your place of business. They stock hard drives, loaner digital units, cameras, monitors, lens and just about anything else necessary to handle needs as they arise in the field.

Customers also have the choice to bring items into our shop or mail them in UPS insured for service. This can save considerable money.

Installation

Spying Eye is an installing company, covered by workers compensation and liability insurance.  We hire and train all installers in-house.  The owner of the company is a C-10 Electrical Contractor who is fully involved in the design and installation of all equipment.  Prior to an installation, all equipment is setup in our shop and the entire system is simulated and tested.  Never does inferior or inoperable equipment ship or go out to a jobsite.

New Warranty

All installed systems receive an automatic one year FREE warranty which includes a maximum six month and one year FREE preventative maintenance inspection at your business.  All equipment is tested, cleaned, aimed and focused.  All manufacturer's recommended flashes or upgrades are performed.  Training of new personnel or retraining on the use of the equipment is FREE.  With the initial installed sale you receive FREE lens changes, FREE camera repositioning, FREE downloads or DVDs for the police or attornies.

Equipment purchased with a manufacturer's warranty will need to be serviced by the manufacturer. However, most manufacturers provide a 2-3 year warranty on their digital DVRs and cameras.
